It leaves your skin protected and conditioned, adding a fleeting touch of Folgefonn, to make you feel like you are hiking in the glacier, no matter where you are.
The Aftershave Cooling Gel is an excellent choice for men with normal to slightly oily skin types who do not want an alcohol-based aftershave that dries out the skin. Also for men with all skin types that look for a refreshing but mild alternative to use during the summer months or in a warm humid climate.

Ingredients (INCI): Aqua, Glycerin, Xanthan Gum, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Allantoin, Menthol, Pinus Sylvestris Leaf Oil, Alcohol, Isopropyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Limonene.
Folgefonn is a unique fragrance. To some, it feels extremely invigorating and refreshing, for others it is a bit on the sharp side. To the hard core “Mental about menthol” crowd, it may not give the required kick. You just have to try it for yourself, and do tell us how you experience it!
Keep it out of your eyes. No, seriously. Please. Tears will stream uncontrollably. Unless, of course, you want to keep it handy when watching a chick flick and want to seem like you care about what happens to the sickeningly handsome hero of the movie.
Eating it will not make you look any cooler, so let’s reserve it for external use only.

absolutely fantastic stuff. I used this after having a shave with the folgefonn soap and the post shave feeling is fantastic. You get the menthol hit and it just lingers but also behind that something else comes through which I cant quite put my finger on but does mean this is more than just a menthol hit. It has a very clean scent to it with the menthol.

I usually don’t like mentholated balms since most of the time, their perfume tend to be artificial or far too strong. Fitjar menthol-eucalyptus scent is very/truly natural and perfectly balanced. Not only do you benefit from the refreshing hit but the sensation follows you +15 minutes. Fantastic stuff to refresh in summer or for a kick any morning in the year. Moreover, this gel is enough moisturising for dry skin.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but the Fitjar Island products are just so good that I felt I must let others know!
Normally I use Castle Forbes, Geo F. Trumpter and TOBS and decided to give this a try.

I live in the Canary Islands where we have summer all year around and ALL of the Fitjar Islands products work perfectly here for me……a fresh and natural feel/ smell and a comfy, relaxing shave!
